Who we are

Tampa Air Pro is a referral and lead-generation service. We are not an HVAC contractor and do not perform HVAC work. HVAC services are performed by independently owned and operated licensed HVAC contractors. When you contact us, we help connect your request to a licensed local HVAC provider who can handle the job. Availability, pricing, warranties, and service terms are set by the provider assigned to your request, and contractor license information should be confirmed directly with that provider before work begins.

Scope of service

The content on this site is informational. Pricing ranges, rebate amounts, and recommendations reflect general conditions at the time of writing and may change. Any quote provided in person by the assigned HVAC provider is the authoritative price for that work. Nothing on this site constitutes a contract or guarantee of a specific price or outcome until a licensed provider gives you a written quote you accept.

Service agreements

All HVAC work is performed by an independent, licensed HVAC contractor and is governed by a separate written service agreement you receive from that contractor before work begins. That agreement, not this site, sets warranty terms, cancellation policy, and payment terms for the work performed.

Intellectual property

All content on this site (written copy, images, branding) belongs to Tampa Air Pro unless otherwise noted. You may read, share links to, and quote briefly with attribution. Please do not reproduce entire articles, images, or branded materials without permission.

Third-party links

We may link to third-party sites (rebate programs, manufacturer documentation, etc.). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.

Limitation of liability

Information on this site is provided as-is without warranty. Because Tampa Air Pro does not perform HVAC work, any liability for the work itself rests with the independent licensed contractor performing it under your signed service agreement. For DIY advice on the blog, follow it at your own discretion and stop if anything feels unsafe.
